About us...

Welcome to The Critter Clan!

We are a small, friendly, family-owned business based in Dorset, who has been 'Bringing Nature Alive' since 2017!  Dedicated to providing fun and educational creature encounter experiences for all age groups, our mission is to foster a love for learning through interactive and engaging activities.

At The Critter Clan, we have carefully crafted our teaching methods to promote holistic learning. We believe in nurturing the natural curiosity that humans possess, and our interactive visits allow you to explore the fascinating world of creatures from around the globe.

Over the years, The Critter Clan has been invited to attend numerous events throughout the South West, and we have consistently proven to be an exceptionally popular attraction for all.  As (potentially) the Southwests largest, fully mobile invertebrate experience we are able to provide all our own equipment including power supply to ensure that we place no extra requirements on event organisors.

We take pride in our qualifications, insurance, and DBS checks, ensuring that your experience with us is of the highest professional standard.

Individually we posess over 25 years in various youth work, instructor and training roles.  Through this we have honed our expertise in working with children, young people, and adults. We are committed to Continued Professional Development, and are constantly updating our knowledge, skills and qualifications to provide you with the best possible experience.

When we first embarked on our business journey, we were fortunate to receive our initial training from some of the industry's finest individuals. This foundation has shaped our approach and instilled in us a deep sense of pride in what we do.

Join us at The Critter Clan and embark on a captivating journey of discovery and learning. We look forward to sharing the wonders of the animal kingdom with you!
